Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox's parents are Dorothy Fharquharson as well as Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson was her mother as was Thomas Allison Lennox was her father. Lennox was accepted to the Royal Academy of Music in London during the 1970s when she learned the flute piano and the harpsichord over three years. Lennox's budget was increased by a stipend to students and part-time jobs. Lennox felt that her skills were inferior to those of the Royal Academy classmates. So she thought about alternative routes she could choose. Lennox began her career in 1976 when she joined a band called Dragons Playground. She quit the band prior to New Faces, the I.T.V. talent competition. From 1977 to 1980 she was lead vocalist for The Tourists, a British Pop group. It was here that she met Dave Stewart and together they formed The duo Eurythmics. Lennox started working with Diva in 1992. This was her debut solo album. It became a huge critical and commercial success. Nostalgia Lennoxs 6th solo album was launched in the month of October, 2014. The C.D. contains a collection of Lennoxs favorite blues and soul songs from her childhood. Lepidoptera came out by Lennox on the 19th of May 2019. The collection consisting of four tracks improvised. The E.P. Her first solo album along with her artwork at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art, titled "Now I'll Let You Go." Annie Lennox (born December 25 1955) is a Scottish political activist and singer. The Tourists were a new-wave band that achieved some popularity in the latter part of 1970s. In the following years, Lennox was joined by her fellow musician Dave Stewart to form the pop duo Eurythmics. Lennox's 1992 debut album Diva featured a number of hit tracks, such as Why and Walking on Broken Glass. Medusa is her studio album from 1995. It has covers of such songs as The No MoreI Love Yous and The Whiter Shade of Pale. Six studio albums by her solo as well as a compilation album, are at her disposal.
